I will quote fixed rate when the project requirements and scope are clearly defined. In some circumstances I am prepared to offer services on a revenue share basis.
Payment method can be negotiated, preference for Wire Transfer.
Availability as agreed on a project basis - prefer to work to a deadline. When the project is on time you are happy and therefore so I am I. Weekends and Holidays do not exist when a project is due.
