I prefer to be available for telephone communcations, M-F 10 am - 2 pm Pacific Standard Time and again between 7- 9 pm Pacific Standard Time. However, I shall be able to communicate via e-mail between the hours of 10 am - 9 pm and assue a response within 24 hours.
