Work Terms

FEES & EXPENSES: The reimbursable fees and expenses are ESTIMATES ONLY. Final fees and expenses shall be shown when final invoice is rendered. Client approval shall be obtained, in writing, for increases in the total cost of 20% or more.
LIABILITY: Verso Design Corp. will not be held liable in any way, legal or otherwise, for the client’s request to use in production copyrighted materials, photographs, or other artwork whether or not it has been created by or contracted by the client. All responsibility, legal or otherwise, for obtaining releases for the use of photographs, artwork or related materials rests solely with the client. Verso Design will not be party to a lawsuit or other legal dispute due to the use of such materials as requested by the client.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT: Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. This proposal is limited to the project outlined. If additional work is required, or if the project expands, there will be additional charges. The client will be consulted and a new proposal issued and agreed to if additions to or expansion of the project occurs.
PAYMENT: Verso Design Corp. prefers employers to transact through SafePay Escrow.
PROMOTIONAL USE OF ARTWORK: Subject to terms of any confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, the undersigned agrees to allow Verso Design Corp. use of the images of the product to be designed herein, and the client’s name for promotional purposes.
