Work Terms

- Email communication is commonplace to minimize interrupting the creative process. Response time during normal business hours is within 24 hours. I hold business hours Mondays through Thursdays, with the exception of holidays.
- No-Spec policy. I will create sample work for a reduced price if necessary. If Client decides to use the sample, Client simply pays the difference between the sample price and the quoted price.
- Clients most often pay by check, SafePay or PayPal for instant payment.
