I am generally available all day by email, unless on vacation. Feel free to email me as often as you'd like! I may be better at responding in the evenings, which is usually when I do my art. I can also be reached by phone if need be - advance notice is preferred so we can prepare a good time to talk.
I prefer 50% payment upfront, and 50% upon project completion. If payment terms are not yet defined, I still prefer a payment upfront as a sign of good faith and for any necessary equipment that may need to be purchased. Once project is assigned, I will keep sketching and revising until images are to your liking.
