Payment Methods:
We prefer transactions through SafePay Escrow. We only work with Employers who agree to the Escrow service.
Communication:
We prefer to communicate with Employers by phone and email. When starting projects we like to communicate by phone and then confirm all details by email. We then send weekly status reports to detail project progress and any questions about overall project that is 2 weeks or more in production time. We can be reached by phone 8:30-5:30. All calls will go directly to Robert Kelly, Creative Director and Senior Illustrator for KASDESIGN GROUP.
