•I'm available through phone and e-mail, and feel that good communication is vital to developing your idea into the perfect illustration: so before I begin a project let's chat via phone or letters, so I can understand your goal and best create a message that reflects that vision.

•I sometimes like feedback from you the client—where I may send you work in progress images just so we are on the same page as the work moves forward.

*Samples and examples are always welcome for me. If you have an "idea" of what your shooting for, or an existing product you could send me pictures of, this is not necessary, but always helpful. Often the more, the better.

•Once you (the client) have approved a design or sketch, we will set a date for completion from the approved design date for when you should receive the finished work.

•Initially the design or sketch idea(s) are often the most time consuming as I bounce ideas or mock-ups to you. Once approved, I fly fast. If you come to me with a pre-existing design in mind, we can set a date for completion as soon as I review it with you via phone.

•Illustration designs are considered "a fixed contract" upon your sketch approval. Any additions or changes to the art after sketch approval will be considered a revision and I reserve the right to tack on appropriate time for said revision.
