I have a lifelong history of creative writing, as well as a 10 year history of writing technical documentation. I am extremely adaptable to nearly any environment/project.
I have managed an international team of security analysts, for a global agricultural and construction/forestry equipment manufacturer, supporting divisions throughout the United States and several overseas locations. As part of that work, I have had a key role in developing documentation and processes that have expanded on that team's role, from a time when they only supported a few U.S. based divisions.
In my creative writing, I have composed stories for many different audiences, and groups of people. I have run websites based on creative writing, and film/television essays, and moderate online groups who contributed to those projects. I have a very comprehensive understanding of film/television history and production, which has afforded me a unique perspective when working on my own screenplays and short stories. It allows me to use my own writing style, as well as mimic the styles of other writers where appropriate. This gives me a strong ability to proofread and edit the work of others, to help them better express their own writing style. I am a contributor to a very popular online writing website, and have a growing fan base on that site.
I have diverse talents and ideas, which span many different genres and writing forms, and a technical expertise in writing, that I am continuing to develop.

I have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office suite. I am developing my own website and currently improving my html coding skills. I learn any new software quickly, and am familiar with many web based programs. I also have work experience with writing documentation for many different network security software tools, including Active Directory, mainframe systems, Tivoli Identity Management, and many credit provider software tools. |

I have exceptional grammar, spelling and sentence structure knowledge. I am a very capable proofreader, beyond my creative writing skills. I have written numerous short stories, film and television reviews, music reviews, socio-political essays, and a few screenplays. I adapt easily to any type of writing project, and I am very capable of adjusting my writing to different styles, to accommodate the needs of writing partners and outside project developers. I have taken college coursework in marketing, public relations, speech writing, film history and television production. I have also written state congressional bill proposals, for a mock-congress project in college. Additionally, I am very familiar with internet communities of all kinds, and writing to communicate to multiple audiences. I have a diverse skill set, that I am constantly expanding. |
