For every writing, editing, and proofreading project that I handle:
I keep my rates within your price range;
I exercise due diligence to accommodate your deadline(s);
I prefer to communicate with clients via e-mail or telephone. Preferred times for same are between 6pm - 10pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday;
I provide my clients with frequent updates on project progress;
I answer client e-mail and telephone messages as promptly as possible;
I prefer payment via check, PayPal, or Safe Pay Account Funds Transfer;
I do use Guru's Safe Pay Escrow system for all transactions.
