Payment Terms:
With projects over $250.00, 1/2 is requested up front, with the remainder at project completion. Exceptions are for projects that will be finished in less than one week.

Communications - Our Promise to You
All communications are generally answered within 12 hours of being sent - the exceptions to this are holidays and weekends, when your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours. Your project is your money, which means your lifeline, and we'd never delay responding. That's our promise.

NewmanWrites is located in EST, but we're available to discuss your project on the phone, or online, before and after the 9-5 business hours. We realize that not everyone works the 9-5 with their work, and many of our customers are in another time zone - or country!
