I work from home during regular business hours. I have the efficiency and focus to make weekend and evening work the exception, rather than the rule. I am easily reachable by phone during regular business hours, and by e-mail, which I check regularly throughout the day.
I like to get as much information about a project up front and submit a proposal to the client so we are on the same page about expectations. In my experience, this eliminates headaches down the road.
