Work Terms
|
- Full payment amount must be put into escrow unless otherwise negotiated. Employer must compensate for fees unless otherwise negotiated.
- Deadlines and benchmarks negotiated on case by case basis.
- I will adhere to all ethical standards of my professions.
- For larger projects and when otherwise desired, a mutually agreeable contract for services will be signed by both parties prior to commencing work.

- It is both illegal and unethical to receive payment for grant writing from awards. No warranties can be made on grant application awards, "success" is far too variable and contingent on the specific situation.
