Work Terms

Hatchling Design Studio prefers to accept payments through SafePay, especially when working together for the first time.

We are available to communicate via phone, email and skype as often as necessary to guarantee the satisfaction of the client. Depending on the complexity of the project, this could vary anywhere from multiple times per day or only at the beginning and end of the project. We are very flexible.

At Hatchling Design Studio, we strive to be available to our clients as much as possible. Generally speaking, we are available for communication Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. However, communications can be scheduled for evenings and weekends as needed.

We really appreciate your feedback, so don't forget to leave it for us when we're done working together! We'll be sure to do the same!

We strive for a mutually beneficial working relationship. We promise to respond to all communications with 24 hours. While our clients have the freedom to respond in a manner convenient to them, we ask that you also respond to our communications within 24 hours in order for us to adhere to our determined timeline to complete your project. If you need more time, we are very flexible, but please keep in mind this may affect the completion date of your project.
