Work Terms
|
I charge by the project rather than by the hour, which means that your estimate is also your final price unless you choose to add services. That said, you will still receive excellent personal treatment. I will happily provide unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your project.
You are responsible for providing your complete payment through Guru's escrow service. The payment will be refunded to you in the event that I am not able to complete your project as promised. Funds must be released from escrow to me within thirty days of when you certify your project as complete.
After your project is finished, you will have a period of thirty days during which I will make basic edits to your project for you at no additional cost. After the thirty day period, I charge $22 per hour for changes. You may take advantage of my Extended Editing program, which gets you unlimited changes to your files for as long as you subscribe for $49.99 per month.
If you need to ship things to me (such as for website photography) I will happily credit your project balance the amount of your shipping charges provided you retain a copy of the receipt for basic ground shipping only through USPS, UPS, or FedEx services. If you are within a 250 mile driving radius of Green Bay, WI (forming a line from Chicago to the Twin Cities and covering the entire state of WI) I will happily meet face to face with you at no extra charge.
