Work Terms

I am committed to maintaining a courteous, pleasant and professional manner at all times in all communications. I expect the same courtesy from clients, regardless of circumstances. Additionally, I am committed to honesty, integrity and openness; I expect the same. I am committed to completing and submitting assigned tasks by their deadlines. To that end, I expect that any changes to deadlines, assignments, or additional assigned work will be communicated clearly with reasonable time.

Although I am very flexible regarding pricing, I will only work with employers who pay through the Safeway Escrow system using Checks, E-Checks, Wire Transfer Funds or PayPal. I expect pay upon completion and require +10% for rush, keyword stuffing and over three major revisions.

I prefer to communicate via email, but I am also available by phone and Skype with notice. I check email and voicemail several times a day. Typically, I prefer to communicate once per day per client in order to keep up with all clients. Usually, I work for at least five hours per day, five days per week during the night (9pm-5am). I can meet with clients via phone/Skype during the afternoon with notice/by appointment. If it is urgent, call; I will return your call ASAP.
