With over 30 years experience, I am a seasoned and educated investor
and presently work as an Independent Investment Consultant emphazing
retirement financial planning and portfolio diversification. I also
specialize in real estate development investments.
I own and manage the content for my personal business website
(www.JohnHanlin.com) that focuses on retirement financial planning and
investing. In addition, I operate four business blogs and am active in
most of the major social networking sites including, Facebook, MySpace,
Digg, Delicious, etc.
In the area of creative writing, my poetry recently won an Editor's Choice
Award by Poetry.com and the International Library of Poetry. My work is a
finalist for their 2008 Poem of the Year. Also, one of the songs I have
written is in contention for 2009 International Songwriting Competition
awards.

Payment method: through the Guru.com escrow account
Communication: At the start of any project, I believe it is a necessity to speak live via telephone with my employers about their project elements and desired outcome(s). As the need arises, I like to maintain a mutual 'open door' policy for additional telephone conversations to ensure that the project is proceeding on target. Of course, email communications are always welcome as well.
Availability: Since I work for myself, I am readily available most days and weekends. Although I run other businesses, I respond promptly to email messages, which I check frequently throughout the day via my Blackberry. Also, I will make my cell phone number available to all prospective employers.
