Payment Method:
Guru recommends, and I strongly agree, that payments should be made through SafePay Escrow. As such, the full agreed-upon project cost must be placed in Escrow before work begins.
Communication:
I am happy to communicate with my clients via the method that works best for them, whether it's email, telephone, or even Skype. For long-term projects, I prefer communicating weekly, giving progress updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
General Availability:
I am available via phone and email, without appointment, from 8am - 7pm Monday through Friday. I am also happy to talk with clients on Saturdays and Sunday, but recomend setting a specific time to ensure that I'm available and can give my full attention.

Code of Ethics:
My bidding price for all projects includes up to two revisions. Minor changes or additions to project requirements can be made twice before a price change becomes necessary.
Bids for larger projects contain two deadlines, 1) the initial draft, and 2) final completion. Unless significant changes to a project occur, the final product will be delivered with enough time to make up to two revisions before the final deadline.
To ensure deadlines are met, Employers must fully disclose all aspects of the project
