Work Terms

How are projects bid and priced?
I bid most projects using flat rate pricing. I use my current hourly rate as a guideline for determining pricing on your job, and factor in the type of service and level of involvement to come up with a project estimate. Occasionally, a few clients prefer to buy my expertise “by the hour,” but most prefer my standard method, that is, to quote a flat rate plus or minus 10%. My rate on writing/scripting projects includes 1-2 revisions, provided they are within the original scope of the project.

How will you be billed?
Projects under $500 will be billed upon completion of the project and are payable within 30 days of invoicing. Projects over $500 will be billed in two parts: 50% up front and 50% upon completion, both parts payable within 30 days of invoicing.
