Work Terms
|
Our terms are one-half of the total invoiced in advance and the other half due at delivery. Our billing is similar to home contractors. For example, when you commission a new roof on your house you pay a deposit. The contractor then completes the job and you pay the rest of the amount. We find our clients like this practice because it builds trust on both sides of the working relationship. *Escrow accounts are welcome but with the same terms and require a 2% upcharge of the total to cover Guru's additional fees*
All work we do includes two revisions. Although we haven't had to go beyond two, if we do it's $25 per list of changes for copy and $50 per list of changes for design.
Everything createed for our you is exclusive. This is why we don't charge pennies on the dollar for work. You'll never have your material resold or reworked then passed along to someone else. Many clients have commented that they were glad they'd found us because they tried to get a 'deal' and just ended up with headaches or reused content. If you commission Winters Productions for a project everything is for you and you alone.
