Dave Coleman has written scripts for such studios as Universal, Columbia and DEG, and Hollywood talent such as Michael Douglas, Phil Noyce, Dan Curtis, Dino De Laurentiis, Irv Kerschner and many others. Prior to being a screenwriter, he worked as a story analyst for London Films, New World Pictures and The Samuel Goldwyn Company, and the new Twilight Zone t.v. series.
Coleman's latest book, The Bigfoot Filmography [ISBN 978-0-7864-4828-9], will soon be available from McFarland. An exhaustive overview of every t.v. and movie appearance made by Sasquatch, the book is lavishly illustrated with rare photos, posters and contains interviews with directors of Bigfoot movies.
Prior to his professional career, Coleman attended the University of Southern California, where he received a BFA in Filmic Writing. He is currently at work on his next non-fiction film book.
