Hello! My name is Michelle Maynard-Koenig. I am a freelance writer and the creative force behind SIMPLY THE WRITE STUFF®, specializing in blog content, copy writing, newsletters, press releases and web content, in both creative and technical formats.
Before venturing into the world of professional writing, I worked in the legal field for 23 years amid all areas of law. I have been a legal assistant to a law partner specializing in defense litigation for the last 14 years. I have lived in central Ohio my entire life and hope to eventually transplant myself in sunny Florida!
My passion is Writing. I have enjoyed writing since early childhood; everything from short stories to poetry. I maintain a blog, entitled Smiled Soul, which showcases the creative side of my writing. I also enjoy spending time with my husband of 20 years, John, who is an Independent Web Designer and IT Specialist, and our three dogs. In also enjoy walking, reading, traveling and admiring the beautiful things in the Universe that often go unnoticed, as well as familiarizing myself with diverse cultures, languages, philosophies and sciences.
