Creating customer specific content is my specialty.
Having more than twenty years of writing articles, website content, collateral material and presentation graphics, my focus is helping small and start-up companies grow. I have experience creating presentation graphics, image editing and content revision through my ten year stint with an international marketing research company and freelancing.
Because of my various clients and research, I have a broad range of knowledge and experience that I'm able to use in my writing assignments, creating an experience that addresses the needs and concerns of the reader on a more personal level.
Also, my experience, love of research and knowledge of various topics has allowed me the opportunity to write and teach various college level subjects both online and in blended learning environments as an Adjunct Professor. The majority of my courses have been instructing executives and other educators with the use and integration of technology and technological trends.
My focus on the client's needs and customer service has enabled me to retain clients five plus years, gaining me repeat business. I'm not satisfied until you are satisfied.
