I am a business writer--pure and simple. I write for--and about--corporations. I have nine years of professional writing experience, four of which were spent in two editor positions--at a B2B magazine and a consumer magazine. I have been a full-time freelance writer/editor since August 2007.
I am a seasoned pro, and I take great pride in what I do--and in doing it well. Many of my clients are magazine editors, but I have also diversified and am now writing for more corporate clients.
One of my more notable skills is research. I am known as a "heavy-research" writer--meaning I will perform exhaustive research on an industry or topic until I thoroughly understand it before writing about it. I am also an expert interviewer, having conducted hundreds of interviews with corporate executives of billion-dollar companies and well-known authors such as Mark Victor Hansen ("Chicken Soup for the Soul") and Lynne Cox ("Swimming to Antarctica" and "Grayson").
However, no project is too small--or too big, for that matter. The work I produce has my name on it (even if it's ghostwritten); and that is a stamp of quality and care.
