Additional Skills:	I have spent the last six years working as a professional planner, collecting data, analyzing it, and writing reports and a variety of other types of documents. Writing has been a principal activity in all of my professional positions. I have experience writing technical analyses, reports, press releases, presentations, professional communications, and promotional materials. Most recently I have produced several reports and a series of promotional materials for the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission's Going Places project. I have served as a general editor for many projects throughout my career. I was responsible for editing documents for the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission's Going Places project. During my master's degree program I operated a writing clinic for the School of Planning, helped edit student reports, and served as general editor for two major projects. I have experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research. I have worked with a variety of data from organizations such as the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Geological Survey. I also have experience conducting interviews, library research, developing surveys, and performing content analyses.
