The industry standard for a "page" is 250 words.

Express Proofreading
If your work is already polished and needs a quick read for minor errors, the rate is $2.00/per page.

Basic Proofreading
Basic proofreading includes proofing for spelling mistakes, typos, punctuation, capitalization errors, and awkward grammar. The rate is $2.50/per page.

Line-by-Line Copyediting
This includes basic proofreading plus proofing for general structure, clarity, sense, word choice, redundancies, and inconsistencies in narrative voice. The rate is $3.50/per page.

Deep Editing or Rewriting
If your text needs an extensive rewrite or a more agressive edit, I can incorporate suggestions directly into the text. In areas needing further clarity, I will insert comments or questions. The rate is $10/per page.

Payment Method: Payment accepted through SafePay by check, e-check, or wire transfer funds.

Communication: I prefer to communicate through email.

General Availability: I often work in the evenings, but check my email periodically throughout most days. Please email any time and I will respond within 24 hours. I typically do not work on Saturdays.
