Work Terms

General:
Before we start any project I will make sure that we are both 100% clear on the project, expectations for completion and any other pertinent information.
Availability:
I am a full-time freelancer so my general availability is 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday unless it's a special circumstance, which I will let you know about.
Communication:
As a general rule of thumb communications to me will be returned within 24 hours. As a reminder, I always like to reiterate that communication from both sides is essential to completing a project successfully. Timelines, deadlines and projects can be derailed because of delays in communication. During our initial discussions I would also like to establish communication expectation for each party so that we can move forward without any problems.
Payment and Deposit:
I accept PayPal and SafePay. I also require a 25% deposit on jobs before I begin.
