As you may have guessed by now, research is one of my favorite skills- and one that I excel at highly. Genealogy is a passion of mine also.
By the way, I would like it to be known that just because I do not have any skills tests on this website, it does not mean that I can't do the tests. I just can't see paying 4.95 each for taking a test that I can show you just as easily- BEFORE you pay me- that I can do.

I have been a genealogist for about 18 years. I specialize in research in eastern Kentucky, anywhere in Virginia, and West Virginia, but have worked on other places as well throughout the United States, as well as England and Germany.
I have some training as a bookkeeper, I also have recently completed a course in medical transcription as well, and have received a certificate attesting to that fact. I have over 3 years as a small business owner in my recent history as well, I owned and ran my own antique shop, carefully researching many of the items personally that I sold. I have also been writing and selling my own genealogy books, concentrating on the Bishop family heritage of my husband.
I am a quick learner, can pick up just about anything very quickly. My skills are all recent enough that you can rest assured that I am capable of getting the job done quickly that you may need me to do. |
