Highlights
|
2006 marked the beginning of 2 new love affairs in my life. Travel and Photography.
For the past 6 years I have lived and breathed for both of these.
A passion for travel was born out of desire to step out of my comfort zone, to experiance places I have only every imagined seeing and to meet people that would change my life...for the better.
2006 saw me living and working in Dublin, Ireland, and with the close proximity of Europe and cheap Ryan Air flights, the world (well Europe at least) WAS my oyster!.
2007 I embarked on a tour of Vietnam, North to South, and loved every minute of the 28 days that I was there. The amazing people and simplicity of life changed the way I looked at the world.
2008 I packed up for a week long excape with 3 girlfriends and we headed to the island of Vanuatu. While the others relaxed in hamocks on the lagoon and soaked up the suns rays, I got was caught down stream without a paddle (well, trying to paddle up stream while the tide was going out!).
2010 saw the beginning of the great escape to the Great White North and forging a new life in this ice box of a country they call Canada, and with a new life comes new friends, new adventures, new memories.
2011 was remembered for the road trip of a lifetime. 8 day-8 states: Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illionois Indiana and Michigan and everything in between.
2012 Agh Cuba!! Amigos, cigars, classic cars, Havana Vieja, Salsa and Last minute bus tickets.
2013 .. the big adventure
