Work Terms

My general availability for contact regarding assignments is:
Monday through Friday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: (occasionally) 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: Only in case of emergencies.
I prefer being contacted either via email or via instant messaging, however if need be clients may reach me via my cell phone as well.
Progress checks on current assignments can be scheduled with adjustments made for the scale of the project being undertaken.
In terms of expectations from clients, I expect to be given fairly concise guidelines and expectations for creative works. I, in turn, will strive my best to work towards completing the highest quality piece possible. I will not consider a job done until it is done right and is considered perfect by the client. Therefore, I am always willing to receive feedback during the creative process and, if needed, coordinate regularly with the client to reach the desired result.
SafePay Escrow is preferred for payments initially. However, when a good business relationship is firmly establish with a client I am more than happy and willing to change or modify payment methods to work best for both parties.
I will leave honest feedback concerning any business dealings with clients and I hope to receive the same in return. If my services were commendable enough I'd like to encourage my clients to include an endorsement of me on the Guru network.
