Highlights

This is my first foray into the world of freelance writing. All of my writing to date has been for work or for school. I have written numerous articles over the last five (5) for a local government publication with my current employer. I created all the brochures for the same department in County; all are distributed to the general public. Not a day passes where I don't write a letter, article, report, etc. OR edit the same. I have written memorandums, articles, brochures, RFP's, letters, forms, databases, public notices and all information on our department web site for the County. I use and am well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Access; Adobe Acrobat Professional to create and maintain forms and to create scanned and typed PDF documents and use all programs on a daily basis. In my recent college courses, I have maintained a 4.0 average. I am a current member of Phi Theta Kappa, an academic excellence society for 2-Year College students. I was able to take the College Composition I and II CLEP test and receive a passing grade which allowed me to avoid taking these two English courses. I have taken all courses to date on-line; this requires me to write report after report; presentations and web postings as well as other materials as this is the only way many professors teaching online courses can observe your talents and abilities. I believe that no job is too small or too big - I give my all in everything I do.

Lastly, I would appreciate feedback within 24 hours if I have a question or concern; sooner if there is an unusually short deadline for the project.
