Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise negotiated, payment is due upon receipt. For ongoing jobs with multiple phases or a series of articles, I may request partial payments throughout the project.

Delivery Deadlines:
I guarantee delivery within your timeframe or I won't take the project. If the scope of the project changes, I will work with you to determine an acceptable timeframe that works for both of us.

Communication is Key:
Once you accept my bid, we'll discuss the details of your project via message board, email, web conference or phone. Communication is the key to producing quality writing that exceeds your expectations, so I'll be in touch during every step of the process.

For large projects, I put together an outline, including action items and deliverable dates and goals, which we'll both review for accuracy. I present draft pieces for approval before proceeding with additional writing. In ongoing projects, I send weekly updates, so you'll never wonder what's going on with your work.

I strive to return emails within a matter of hours, and phone calls by the end of the day. In cases where clients need to reach me urgently, I make myself available via email, instant messaging or phone in order to respond to important questions and meet tight deadlines.
