Highlights
I am an experienced leader of both large and small technical-writing teams. I have been the lead writer and editor on numerous reports for federally funded projects, including Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, project reports, and one book published by Oxford University Press. I am particularly skilled in three areas. I can mold the contributions of several writers with varying styles and levels of writing skill into a unified product that speaks with one voice. I have written white papers signed jointly by representatives of disparate and often hostile groups. I can transform technical manuscripts written by speakers of English as a second language into publication-quality English.

I will travel within a 500-mile radius for face-to-face meetings.
Ducks in a Row, Inc., will accept both time-and-materials and fixed-price contracts and will bill on a 30-day net basis.
