Description:
This was one of 12 software manuals written for an architectural firm. Two weeks were required for the creation of each section, totaling 24 weeks in manual creation. This project also included 3 months of software customization and standardization.
In addition to this, 24 training courses were held in order to acclimate the users to the new software and standards.
The project, as a whole, was very well received. In fact, I am now working on a 2010 follow-up project for the same firm.
