Work Terms:
The work style is professional, focused and flexible. SGM has an "A" plus in personality.
We prefer to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 6pm Mountain time or if evening calls are required then 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Monday through Friday.
Communication is key of course, use of instant messenger, email and phone to provide clients with an update on progress is important. Schedule conference calls are valued time well spent with our clients. We always want to improve, regular feedback on production is highly desirable.
Code of Ethics, we have a high standard for best business practices and eithics. All
information about a client's prospects, and other confidential matters would not be shared without authorization.
Payment arrangements and invoicing will be handled through Safe Escrow.
