Agreements
• All agreements between my company and customers shall be in writing. No implied agreements apply.
• Project results and/or milestones, testing methods to measure results, and deadlines, if any, must be specified in agreements.
Specifications
• Projects should be specified initially in enough detail to allow estimation of cost.
• Large projects should be broken into deliverable milestones, with payment after successful completion of milestones.
• Tests to determine success of work are supplied by the customer
Communications
• An initial phone conversation is recommended for each project.
• E-mail is preferred for most routine communications.
General Availability
• We are available 8:00AM to 6:00PM Central US time for phone conversations.
• On-site presence is available. Extra costs may apply.
Payment Method
• New customers through Guru.com must use SafePay Escrow.
• Payment is due upon completion of project or milestones.
Feedback / Endorsement
• Customers should leave appropriate feedback when a project is completed. My company will reciprocate.
