Work Terms

We usually prefer to quote projects with a flat fee and a well-defined project scope. That way we both know what to expect, and you can make decisions about how to markup our services or invoice your client as needed. If you have clients with specific budget requirements, we're always open to working with you to find a solution.

For all projects we generally require at least a 50% deposit before work begins - either as an initial invoice or the full project estimate via Escrow. For larger projects or ongoing commitments, please contact us to discuss payment options.

You can reach us during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. Email and IM are the best choice, but we're always glad to hear a friendly voice by phone, too.

During projects (and depending on the length of the project), we'll check in with you several times a week, even if it's just with a quick progress report or a reminder of the current timeline.

We appreciate your leaving feedback (and maybe even an endorsement) after work is completed. We'll do the same for you as well so we can both benefit from what the Guru network has to offer.
