Work Terms

JEstabrook will bill the client will be billed twice each month on the 15th and last day of the month, terms are Net 15 days, a down payment may be requested.

JEstabrook and the client agree that if any Work Product is copyrightable and such Work Product and/or creation falls within the definition of a “work made for hire” such Work Product will be considered a “work made for hire,” and all copyrights and copyright registrations related to such copyrightable Work Product, will be the sole and exclusive property of the client. To the extent that any Product does not fall within the definition of a “work made for hire,” Jstabrook grants and assigns to the client without reservation, all worldwide ownership rights, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights in such Work Product.
