After spending several conversations defining project deliverables, the project was delivered over 10 business days late and didn't function properly. After several very time consuming iterations, multiple emails, phone calls, etc., it was finished several days ago. The biggest concern I have is that very basic errors were made, errors that definately should not have made it through a good quality check. While I think the company strives for a great experience, the technical side was lacking. On the positive side, they always returned my phone calls, fixed everything that was wrong once it was pointed out, and were very polite. This company has potential, but cannot continue to pass off unfinished work as completed. I do think that they should change their policy regarding payment. I was asked to make a final payment before they had the module working properly on my website. Overall score for me--3/10. Show less
