Show all Kristen is a joy to work with. She is very competent and a great communicator. Emails were answered promptly. There were quite a few emails back and forth with each side asking questions and Kristin answered all questions patiently and in a very friendly manner. Though she was working from a spec, there were some things that were not clear and Kristin did a great job in reading my mind about most things and asking about the rest. She has great pride in her work and there are many cases where she went beyond what was asked so the program would be work great, not just up to spec. I will be looking to work with her again, for sure. Show less

Comments To Employer: Roopinder is a great person to work for, and I hope to have more opportunities with him in the future. He is very straight forward, and knows what he is talking about, which makes designing an application via his specs very easy.
