Auto Adjusticating Claims Processing System. Developed a self-insured claims processing system used by Hospitals, Steel Mills, School Systems for processing employee related claims. Handled Health, Workers Comp, Dental, Prescription Drug claims processing.

NY Dept of Corrections hired a consortium of specialized consultants to prepare recommendations for inmate related health care expenses. Tasked and responsible for the compilation and reviewing of the inmate cost of case on a case by case basis. Compiled hundreds of thousands of inpatient and outpatient records as they related to which hospital was treatment performed, cost of care, diagnosis and prognosis related detail. The information from this study demonstrated the "Who, Where, What, Why & How Much" of the extensive cost of providing inmate care.

Contracted to create a “Centers of Excellence Database” for a major health care reinsurer, which produced a listing of the best medical facilities in the US based on the medical condition of the patient. It assisted the reinsurer in determining which providers to approach for cost effective “Preferred Provider Agreements” that would provide the best of care.

Document Browser Database to store scanned PDF documents for a Legal Proceeding, whereby a respondent had provided over 55,000+ pgs of documents in 16,000+ files. This system captured keywords and allowed for instant viewing and/or printing of the document during a lengthy deposition.

Payment Terms:

We prefer to be paid through SafePay Escrow, yet we will establish terms for Duns Rated companies who seek long term Contract engagement. Form W-9 is available for these arrangements.

Billing Practices:

To keep our hourly rates as low as possible, please do not ask for overly zealous review and/or consultation of your materials or drawings without expecting to be billed for this service.
A sound proposal and review can require extensive time. We allow 30 minutes of additional review at " no charge" but after 30 minutes we will bill you for the additional time.

Miscellaneous Expenses:

Due to the nature of database design, any plug-ins required for the project, if any, will be purchased by employer in their company name, and we will be given access to their unlock codes to implement.
