Work Terms

We engage customers in two types of projects depending on your preference:
Hourly Time and Materials - Gives you the flexibility to change your mind frequently. Does not require a lot of up front time planning every detail of the project. This project type is the most used by our clients. These projects typically see results within days.
Fixed Bid - Gives you the assurance of the cost of the project. However, it requires much more planning up front for us to be able to create an estimate that we are confident in. Typically fixed bid projects cost more than similar projects done on an hourly basis since we are assuming the risk on the project.
We invoice weekly and expect payment under Net 14 terms. We provide weekly status reports, as well as a weekly line item breakdown of hours worked.
