Work Terms

Every client/project will have a single point of contact. All project messages will have immediate or within hours response based or urgency as client messages are monitored round the clock from US/UK/India.
Project coordinators and development managers are available on IM (skype prefered), email, phone depending on client need/preference.
We are very flexible in payment terms. We use guru safepay escrow/invoice services. We never demand an advance and all payments are either on full completion of smaller projects or in installments based on achieving agreed upon milestones for bigger projects.
We give one month warranty on all works. Long term support is available on fixed monthly rate or hourly rate based on need
