Work Terms

Payment Method: For new employers, I accept payment through SafePay Escrow via Check, E-check, Wire Transfer, or PayPal. Once a relationship has been established, I may be willing to bill for services rendered and accept other forms of payment.

Communication: My preferred method of contact is via email, however I am open to phone communication on a set schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).

Feedback: After the project is completed, I would appreciate open and honest feedback about the quality and timeliness of my work. This not only helps other employers to choose their next contractor, but also gives me insight into possible areas for improvement.

Working Contract: My expectations include mutual respect and open communication. Projects must be defined by measurable goals and/or deadlines. This is to ensure that both I and the employer understand at what point the project is to be considered "completed".

Guarantee: I guarantee that I will meet the goal and/or deadline as stated in the contract. Changes to the scope or requirements of a project may result in additional costs or time to achieve the desired results. Any such changes must be agreed upon and added to the contract before work is begun. I generally will allow for minor changes not already specified in the contract to account for small revisions to the project scope and/or requirements. This will be outlined in detail in the bid and/or contract and may vary depending on the project.
