My professional career spans over twenty years in the software industry. I have worked in roles covering the entire software development life cycle, from developing an operations concept and writing requirements through installation, customer support, and maintenance. I have worked successfully in zero-defect programs and agile-development projects, in large projects and small, in both the public and private sectors. Personal attributes include an ability to work in teams or alone, detailed analytical skills, and a willingness to tackle difficult problems.
I have always worked in the past as a full time employee, but am trying the independent contractor path now. I already have a couple of projects under way, so can provide references for that role if needed.
