3. Services contract may be provided to assist client with guarantee of work in accordance with Statement of Work.

Availability

1. Available during business hours M-F and after hours. Saturday and Sunday hours are maintained to meet project timelines.
2. If practical, arrangements may be made to work on customer site.

Payment

1. Payment methods exclusively through Guru Safepay payment systems.
2. Project will be bid, client acceptance, approval, and award through Guru mandatory prior to any provided services rendered.
3. Full project bid esrowed through Guru Safepay payment systems, 50% released at beginning of project, balance on completion and customer satisfaction.
