Services Provided.
1. Full disclosure of work to be completed, Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Client reviews and approves work prior to project award.
3. Services contract may be provided to assist client with guarantee of work in accordance with SOW.
Availability
1. Available during business hours M-F and after hours. Saturday and Sunday hours are maintained to meet project timelines.
2. Where practical, arrangements may be made to work on customer site.
Payment
1. Payment exclusively through Guru Safepay payment systems.
2. Client acceptance, approval, and project award through Guru.com mandatory prior to delivery of any provided services.
3. Full project bid amount must be escrowed through Guru Safepay payment systems prior to project start. Guru payment systems to manage release of agreed project bid amounts as payment, on validation of submitted services.
4. Agreed percentage of project bid escrow amount may be requested for release at beginning of project.
5. Balance of project escrow released on project completion.
