Work Terms

ESCROW is highly recommended.
On small projects ($1500 or less), as long as the full escrow payment has been made, no money needs to be released until the customer is 100% satisfied.
On medium projects, this general payment schedule should be followed:
25% - Completion of a Working Demo (some features not present, others not stable)
25% - Beta Version Release ( 95% of all features are present, customer feedback phase)
50% - Final Project Completion
On Large projects ($5000 and above), I will work closely with the customer before the projects begins to outline and define project milestones and an acceptable payment release schedule to coincide with project progress.
Upon final payment, the full source code and property rights to the software is released to the customer.
These schedules can be discussed and modified to fit specific situations.
It is my personal policy that bug fixes are free virtually forever for features that are part of the original project. Turn-around time will be subject to my work load. The addition of features requires a new bid. I reserve the right refuse this policy at any time.
