Worked closely with an insurance company to develop a medical invoice (medical claims) auditing system (ClaimPROBE) which helped identify and recover hundreds of thousands of dollars in fraudulent claims.
Developed a Document Imaging System that helped insurance companies digitally store and retrieve medical claims and attachments.
Developed a Benefits Administration System for a Mental Health Organization in Puerto Rico offering EAP services to their clients.
Worked closely with IPAs in Puerto Rico to develop software which enable the quick analysis and identification of “errors medical claims” in the calculation of the IPAs Capitation.
Developed of the ISIS Analyst software solution. This is a digital recording software (wiretap) currently being used and supported in Colombia, South America.
Developed a secure Counterfeit Note Document Repository website (using ColdFusion 8) for use in Colombia, South America. Currently serves as an interagency website for the sharing of multimedia files regarding Counterfeit Notes.
Developed the Law Enforcement Information Analyst (LEIA) software solution. This is another digital recording software (wiretap) currently being used and supported in Afghanistan.
