Work Terms

I prefer first time business relationships to use Safepay Escrow services for project payment. Any later work with that client can be paid through the non-escrow Safepay services.
I work from home in the evenings (US/EST). I have a full-time job working for the US federal government and I freelance during the evenings. I only work on one project at a time, so your project has my full attention. I am available for phone conversations in the evening but prefer email communication (guru communication is great).
I warranty all my software for 60-days to be defect free. If, in that time, there are any problems found, I will patch the bugs for free. This, of course, does not include work that wasn't in the initial requirements/contract. If an extended warranty is necessary, this can be done with or without additional fees, depending on the situation and the assurances I can put in place to ensure code isn't changed by another individual and I have to fix the mistakes of another (this has happened).
