Programming:
Using .Net and MSSQL Server as a back end database I have developed various applications to suit various business needs. Some of these include a contact management system, Document Management system, Dynamic report and form generation application, file manipulation and modification/aggregation application, data mining and aggregation application, excel upload and processing, firewall log & windows event storage and analysis engine. I am extermely strong on MSSQL Server and MySQL development as well, having developed the data access for many of the applications and performed performance tuning on many others. I also have a great deal of experience with Reporting using Crystal Reports and MS Reporting Services as well as many projects using my advanced SSIS development skills
Network Administration/DBA
I have several years of experience in Network Adminsitration in a predominately windows shop supporting Active Directory/Group Policy/Exchange. Familiarity with Router/Firewall configurations on Cisco/WatchGuard/SonicWall/MonoWall hardware as well as DHCP/DNS support and administration. Also with that experience, I also was responsible for web server Administration for IIS/Tomcat/Apache based applications. My DBA experience includes MSSQL Server 2005 and 2008 as well as MySQL 4.x and 5.x. This experience includes installation/configuration/tuning server set ups and operating environments. I also have experience with setup/config/admin of VMWare ESX/ESXi/vShpere.
